REVIEW: MUA Glamour Nights!

In my opinion if there's one drugstore eye product that deserved the spotlight last year, it would have to be MUA's palettes! Today let's take a look at the MUA Glamour Nights palette!

Priced at just 4 pounds, these palettes include 12 eyeshadows and come with a double ended sponge tip applicator. The packaging is compact practical and sturdy, nothing too cheap and I really don't mind that it doesn't come with a mirror inside because it's nice to see the shades through the transparent lid.

This specific palette is mix of bold brights, a couple of mattes, some nice glittery shades and some staples for a smoky eye! Needless to say, this is such a versatile palette and so many different kind of looks can be done with this it boggles ones mind. 12 colors and so many looks? It certainly is perfect for your "Glamour Nights"!

And now onto the swatches!

The bad news here is you will see some amount of fall out with the shades that have small specks of glitter in them and also, some of the lighter, matte shades can be a bit difficult to swatch but I feel like they transfer onto the eyelid quite nice especially so with a good primer underneath so that's not such an issue for me. The good news is, the shimmer and glittery shades are superbly pigmented and  love how the red for instance has a duo chrome finish which makes it a unique shade!

All in all, if you do like a little sparkle in your nights out yet want to achieve some simple classic looks all in the same palette then this is for you! I think other than the lighter shades (because of their poor pigmentation) the rest will work beautifully for a woman of any color!
