REVIEW: Luscious Cream Liner

Who doesn't love an eye pencil that can just glide on smoothly without the tugging, pulling, trying to achieve the right amount of pigmentation that we all have experienced at least ONCE in our lives. A pigmented black creamy eye pencil is just one of the staple must-haves of just about every girl, so is the Luscious Cream Liner a must-have for me? Read on to find out! :)

What Luscious says about the product:
A velvety liner for the eyes containing a blend of antioxidants and vitamins. Richly pigmented to deliver intense, gorgeous colour. Glides on softly without tugging or irritating eyes. (SOURCE)

I got mine in 01 Black Onyx

Even on a cold day this pencil is pretty creamy but thankfully doesn't completely in the heat of Pakistan either. It really is true to what they say! Definitely "velvety" and glides on effortlessly! The fact that it comes with antioxidants and vitamins is great isn't it!!! When applied the creamy liner has a slight creamy sheen to it, if you can tell from the swatches down below.

Here's the liner applied (from left to right) once, and then repeatedly (approximately 3 coats), and then applied and smudged. One swipe of the liner isn't as black as "richly pigmented" should be but I like how it isn't too black because it is definitely a buildable product! You can wear it light or as intense as you may :)

LUSCIOUS BABY LUSCIOUS! That's definitely what this pencil liner is. So creamy!!! And you can see in this photo where I've used a single swipe, the black isn't as intense as where I have drawn on twice!

To test out this little bad boy, I pressed upon the swatch to see if it came off and it definitely transfers and also loses a bit of the creamy sheen when it transfers.

To test it out even further I did a water test, and ran the swatches under full blast water to see if there would be a noticeable difference in the intensity of the color or anything.

I have to say, I am impressed!!! :) The liner looks great and I thought this was enough testing for the little guy, I didn't do a rub test because honestly, regardless of whatever product you may have on your eyes, if you rub them vigorously, it will become a mess!

I am pretty much pleased with this product and it definitely does a great job. On me personally, it doesn't irritate and does not smudge for hours but that may be because I don't have liner smudging issues at all (haven't had them so far anyways) so maybe it's my skin type but this eyeliner definitely works for me and for the price of 250 PKR, I can say this should be my must-have product!

You can buy this product here online. Luscious also retails at all popular stores across Pakistan. Check out their website to locate stores near you that stock Luscious cosmetics. Just4Girls have also recently started selling Luscious products and they deliver to your doorstep.

LOVES:
-Creaminess
-Soft pencil, not too harsh on the eyes
-Product size is good
-Price and value for the money
-Pigmentation is good and is definitely buildable
-It's a PAKISTANI brand product

DISLIKES:
-Creamy sheen fades away

My Rating:
5/5: Makes me feel like a diva!
