#HAUL: Recent Acquisitions - NARS, Becca, Tarte & More.

Long time no see! And long time no haul. Lols. Well, long time no blog actually. But I am back, with a new feature called Hashtag Haul, which came about to be as an attempt to strengthen my resolve to blog more frequently. I rarely do haul posts, but I will do these more often, even really small ones as collective posts of stuff I've acquired that could be of your interest. Let me know how you feel about that! So anyways, lets get started shall we?

REVIEW: Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation!

Hello world! It seems like ages since I last reviewed a foundation. They're just so difficult to do because my skin is super moody. Perks of being a combination-oily skinned girl. Since I have the best of both worlds, (dry spots + oily Tzone, plus acne prone skin- I've pretty much got it all), my face is the perfect candidate to test this out. I've been religiously using the original Bourjois Healthy Mix Foundation since August last year so it's safe to say how I feel about this!

Makeup Look: Smoked Cherry.

Ladies, ladies. It's time to get your vamp on. Hahah. Maybe not quite yet, but the weather has been amazing and the cool breeze is just the perfect kiss of wintery promise that awaits us. Not a huge fan of extreme cold weather but I do love autumn like no other, and of course the excuse to don the vampy lip all day, everyday!

Outfit: Obsidian Terracotta.

Is it too soon for another outfit post? Probably is, but here it is anyways :P I wore this on the second day of Eid-ul-Azha, but posting it now. You can find the first day outfit here!

Makeup Look: Earthy Cinnamon!

Like my last Makeup Look post, this too is an attempt to use drugstore products to create a simple, wearable look with minimal damage to the pocket. I had also been really wanting to try out the whole warm, earthy brown look that's been all the rage recently. This is just a first attempt but I do like how these colors complement and bring out my brown eyes so I will be trying out more of these so let me know if and what kind you guys would like to see!

Makeup Look: Minimal Glam.

As promised here are the "deets" to the look I posted on my Instagram a couple of days ago when I experimented with glitter for the first time! I call this look Minimal Glam because while the eyes are sparkly glamorous, the rest of the face I kept as simple as possible, even though a blanked out face is not my comfort zone at all. Sigh, things I do for love. What's awesome is that I used mainly drugstore products so I was excited about coming up with a glam look for less. Let me know what you think of these kind of posts so maybe I can do more of these looks on a budget. Without further ado, let's find out what I used!

Makeup Look: Iced Cranberry!

I miss doing Face-of-the-day posts on my blog! I have to be honest, I haven't been wearing much makeup at all the past few months because I usually just do my face and throw on a lipcolor and I've been trying to steer clear of mascara because it's the time of the year when my lashes are just shedding? Hahah I don't know, doesn't make sense but EVERY year without fail this happens to just one eye and my lashes are just unruly and weird no matter what I do until they start growing back!
