Makeup Look: Earthy Cinnamon!

Like my last Makeup Look post, this too is an attempt to use drugstore products to create a simple, wearable look with minimal damage to the pocket. I had also been really wanting to try out the whole warm, earthy brown look that's been all the rage recently. This is just a first attempt but I do like how these colors complement and bring out my brown eyes so I will be trying out more of these so let me know if and what kind you guys would like to see!

SWATCHFEST: Peachy Coral Blush Collection!

Hola senoritas! Todayy I am going to swatch and talk about my peachy-coral-orange blushes just for you! ;) Now I know, a lot of people are mad about coral cheeks and have an extensive coral blush collection and so am I, believe me, I am, but this is my humble collection so far and I think it's more than enough for me at this point in life, actually maybe even too much. After all you've only got one face, and so many products :P Anyways, let's get swatchin'!

Makeup Look: Burst of Blue!

It's getting ridiculously hot outside, so I wanted to experiment with a make up look to cool myself down. It also rained a bit this morning to calm us Lahoris down so I thought today would be perfect for this post! Nothing like a splash of beautiful, beachy blue to quench the inner makeup geeks thirst in this sunny summer weather!

Just when you'd think the BB cream craze was beginning to calm down a little, we were hit by another storm. Welcome the CC creams!  I have to admit, I'm a little too late to jump on the bandwagon since I haven't really been probing into complexion products for a long time, possibly because my go to foundations and bb cream - Revlon Colorstay, Covergirl Outlast and e.l.f studio BB cream were working out spectacularly for my skin. So has this 2014 release by Essence, the All-in-one CC cream turned the tables?

 With pink hued makeup all the rage in the beauty world, I cannot get enough of rosy colors. They add the perfect spring of color and life to your look without the need of adding all shades of the rainbow.

I don't know if they help anyone much or not, but I like to think of them as makeup breakdowns that make it easier to understand what product went where :P Today I did a bronzy makeup look, with a little more life to it by incorporating the very on trend rose hues!

I miss doing Face-of-the-day posts on my blog! I have to be honest, I haven't been wearing much makeup at all the past few months because I usually just do my face and throw on a lipcolor and I've been trying to steer clear of mascara because it's the time of the year when my lashes are just shedding? Hahah I don't know, doesn't make sense but EVERY year without fail this happens to just one eye and my lashes are just unruly and weird no matter what I do until they start growing back!
